S&G Aluminium co ltd is committed to providing high quality products and services. As most of our products are made to order and customized to the customer's needs, the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds apply.

 

1. Product returns

 

• Products made to order (frames, doors, windows, roller blinds, screens, shutters) are not returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect or are delivered differently than agreed.

• In case of a problem, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery so that the issue can be investigated.

2. Refund

 

• Refunds are only made if:

  • There is a proven factory or manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.

  • The wrong product was delivered due to our error.

• In other cases, the company may offer a repair, replacement, or credit for future work, instead of a full refund.

•  

3. Order cancellations

 

• To cancel an order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.

• If production has not started, a cancellation may be approved with a partial refund of the deposit.

• If production has already started, the deposit is not refundable.
